We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and presented
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
Support promotional campaigns and suggest additional products to boost sales
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
A positive and proactive attitude
