Zaha Travels is looking for an organized Travel Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Partnerships team by handling online inquiries, coordinating with partners, and assisting with travel proposals.
Key Responsibilities
🔹Respond to inquiries via social media and email
🔹Qualify leads and pass them to the Reservations team
🔹Coordinate with resorts, hotels, and partners for rates and offers
🔹Maintain records of promotions and partner details
🔹Assist with travel proposals, quotations, and rate comparisons
🔹Support participation in travel fairs and events
Requirements
🔹Good communication skills in English
🔹Basic computer and social media knowledge
🔹Strong organization and coordination skills
🔹Friendly and service-oriented attitude
🔹Experience in travel or customer service is an advantage
