Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals. Also, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer needs or preferences.
• Responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Answering social media, Viber and email inquiries, processing orders, preparing relevant documentation accurately.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, tracking deliveries, and resolving billing or account-related issues.
• Analyzing customer problems and finding appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Adhering to call center policies and procedures, including call scripts, quality standards, and confidentiality protocols.
• Any other tasks assigned by the senior management
Qualification
* ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Standard,
* Computer Knowledge, including Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
* Exposure in a related field is a plus
* Passionate to deal with customers
* Confident to deal with customers face to face and over the phone in a professional manner
* Ability to coordinate with the rest of the team.
* Should be punctual
Experience in related field will be an added advantage
