We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our start-up tech company, OXIQA.
They must have a diverse skillset, be organised, a taskmaster & able to through materialize results from goals set by the company management.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who has 2 years previous experience working in a Sales role.
They should be able to support and manage customer relationships.
The prioritization and coordination of sales to clients is essential. They must ensure assigned tasks are followed through and that deadlines are not missed.
• The Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, confident & results orientated.
• Tactful - with the emotional intelligence to manage staff and build business relationships.
• Analytical – make business decisions based on facts and research rather than intuition.
• Organised – Manage projects by scheduling tasks with deadlines and querying updates as often as required.
• Focused – On delivering results and prioritizing tasks which require attention.
• Responsible – Cultivate a company culture which nurtures people strengths and professional development.
• Creative – The ideal candidate must have a flair with words, imagery and insightful presentation skills.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Prepare succinct documentation for tenders, bids & presentations.
• Present Sales Pitches to prospective clients during meetings and events.
• Communicate with the relevant organisations, while submitting and following up on the relevant paperwork.
• Managing the Public Relations of the Company attending networking events and canvassing new clients.
• Maintaining scheduled tasks & follow ups on assignments.
Work Hours, Salary & Benefits
• Full Time Job.
• Based in The Maldives.
• 30,000 MVR - Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and proven track record.
• Leave can be requested for a variety of reasons, if the policies aren’t abused.
