Job Purpose:
To drive and manage B2B resort sales by building strong relationships with resort procurement and purchasing teams across the Maldives. The role focuses on increasing product reach, achieving sales targets, and promoting VB Brothers’ portfolio of wholesale and retail goods to the resort and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the resort segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with resort purchasing teams, F&B managers, and other key decision-makers.

Conduct regular visits to resort clients across the Maldives to generate new business and strengthen partnerships.

Understand client needs and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.

Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with resort clients.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management.

Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new products and seasonal offerings.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

Represent VB Brothers at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or resort supply industry.

Strong understanding of the Maldives resort market and tourism supply chain.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and sales management software (CRM systems).

Willingness to travel frequently to resort islands.

Strong leadership, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with premium FMCG or hospitality product lines.

Fluent in English and Dhivehi; additional languages an advantage.
