Sales Representative – Litus Parts & Service Center
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Parts & Service team. The role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying suitable automobile parts and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and garages
- Respond to customer inquiries (in-person, phone, online)
- Prepare quotations and coordinate parts requests
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain proper sales records and reports
- Ensure neatness of the sales counter and proper merchandising
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service (automobile industry is an advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Minimum qualification: GCE O’Level or higher
