Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business clients (retailers, wholesalers, horeca channels), managing accounts, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Present and promote FMCG products to clients through regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
Handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare regular sales reports.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent service.
Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend training as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or a related sector.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in English (spoken & written); Dhivehi is a plus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within assigned regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. is a plus
Experience working in the Maldives FMCG distribution market is an advantage.
