Shop Supervisor ( 7 Shops - Malé & Hulhumalé)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of all assigned shops (perishable goods).
Ensure all available stock is displayed properly and shelves are never empty.
Check product freshness, expiry dates, and stock rotation (FIFO).
Monitor store cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature control.
Ensure products are stored, handled, and displayed as per company standards.
Verify daily stock availability and coordinate refills with stores/warehouse.
Inspect visual display, labeling, and pricing are correct and neat.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and customer service quality.
Follow up on damaged, expired, and wastage items and report immediately.
Submit daily reports on stock status, sales issues, and display conditions.
Coordinate with purchasing/store teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure shop opening/closing procedures are followed.
Report any maintenance, fridge failures, or operational issues promptly.
Conduct surprise checks and ensure SOP compliance in all outlets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in retail shop supervision (preferably perishable/FMCG items).
Advantages for candidates who worked in Multiple shops
Strong knowledge of display standards, FIFO, and stock handling.
Ability to manage multiple outlets at the same time.
Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel between shops daily.
Basic computer/reporting skills (Excel/WhatsApp/Email).
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
Motor Bike and driving license
