We’re looking for two passionate and results-driven Showroom Sales Officers (Local/Foreign) to play a key role in scaling our showroom operations and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly assistance in the showroom.
• Explain product features, benefits, and basic usage to customers clearly and confidently.
• Handle inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and support basic documentation where required.
• Assist in maintaining showroom display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
• Process sales, handle payments, and coordinate with delivery or logistics when needed.
• Collect and record customer details for follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Support marketing campaigns and showroom promotions (e.g. content support, photos, basic demos).

Requirements
• Experience in sales, customer service, or retail (showroom experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and confident dealing with customers.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus (an advantage but not mandatory):
• Prior experience in home appliances, electronics, or similar products.
• Fluency English (Dhivehi optional).

Working Hours
• This is a shift-based role at the showroom.
• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Evening Shift: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Shifts will be assigned on a rotational basis according to the showroom schedule and campaign requirements.
