Travel Expert

Zaha Travels is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Travel Expert to help travelers discover unforgettable journeys. If you enjoy guiding clients, designing travel experiences, and closing bookings this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
🔹Respond to travel inquiries via messages, emails, and phone calls.
🔹Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
🔹Provide expert advice on destinations, resorts, itineraries, and inclusions.
🔹Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
🔹Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining service quality.
🔹Assist customers before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel experience.
🔹Maintain accurate inquiry and sales records in line with company procedures.

Requirements
🔹Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
🔹Customer-centric mindset with confidence in sales and negotiations.
🔹Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
🔹Willingness to learn and stay updated on destinations and travel products.
🔹Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
🔹Able to work in Shift Duties

Salary & Benefits
🔹Basic Salary: MVR 10,000 - 13,000
🔹Sales Commission: Performance-based
