Job Overview:
TTS Group is looking for a Travel & Reservations Officer to provide exceptional customer service, understanding travel needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Offer expert advice on travel destinations and accommodations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at promotional events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent command of Dhivehi & English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent e-mail writing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing would be an added advantage.
