Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and self-disciplined team members to join their dive and water sports centers in the Maldives. They provide services to 16 luxury resorts. Openings: Not stated. Salary: Basic Salary and Fixed Allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Perform water sports activities such as windsurfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, and catamaran sailing.
- Hold both inboard and outboard licenses (preferred).
- Have a minimum of 6 months water sports experience in a resort.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluent in English communication.
- Experience with windsurfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, and catamaran sailing.
- Minimum 6 months experience in water sports at a resort.
- Possession of both inboard and outboard licenses is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Basic Salary and Fixed Allowance.
- Benefits include Over Time, Service Charge, and Mobile Phone Allowance.
