Key Responsibilities:

- Handle guest relations.
- Engage in sales & promotion.
- Manage guest bookings.
- Conduct night snorkeling.
- Support dive centre.
- Oversee daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Water Sports & Hospitality Experience.
- Ability to work independently & take responsibility.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proactive & flexible attitude.
- Strong sales & guest engagement skills.
- Previous resort experience (advantage).
- Diving experience / Divemaster (advantage).
- VDWS or other relevant water sports qualifications (advantage).
