Social Media Specialist

Solaris Hospitality is seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Specialist to plan, create and manage the social media presence of Riveli Beach Club & Restaurant and Nami, located in Hulhumale’, Maldives. The role aims to build brand visibility and drive sales across the outlets. Salary: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain the social media accounts of Riveli and Nami (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok).
- Plan, create and publish content for each outlet, including feed posts, stories and Instagram Reels / TikTok videos.
- Plan and carry out photo and video shoots at each outlet to produce content.
- Handle design requirements for both outlets.
- Cover events held at both outlets and produce content from them.
- Respond to customer reviews of Riveli and Nami on online review platforms.
- Prepare a monthly social media plan for each outlet.
- Prepare a monthly report for each outlet covering analytics, including follower growth, advertisement spend, engagement and reach.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for restaurants, hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a portfolio of work.
- Strong photography, videography and video-editing skills for short-form content such as Reels and TikTok.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools.
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
- Ability to read platform analytics and turn them into clear monthly reports and practical recommendations.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and an understanding of the Maldivian F&B market and customer preferences.
- Ability to attend on-site shoots and events at our outlets as required.
- Organised, self-directed and reliable, with a record of meeting deadlines.
